Happy Halloween!! Help our young ones to be safe! :)
Greetings!!

Our Halloween language experience project was fun!  Some students aren't quite finished yet.  They can finish up at home.
These are  "pumpkin mats" for sitting your Jack-o-Lantern on.  Now we can begin the work next week of writing about our experience.  Stay tuned to our blog for our stories...

Hi Everyone,

Here is the first pumpkin mat !!
We worked together to make the stitches.
Good job!!
Hi Everyone,

We've done some fun things today!  This a.m. we had a science activity with Mrs. Wood's class.   The goal was to estimate how many seeds were in each group's pumpkin.  We discovered there were many more seeds than we predicted!

We had a great time doing our investigation!  Many of us were happy to wash our hands at the end of the activity!!!

Tomorrow, we will eat roasted pumpkin seeds!!

Hi Everyone!

Whew! It's been a long week!  I think we're all still in the "vacation mode".  The students have worked hard though.  I think we're all ready for the weekend.  After all of our media forms are turned in, we can start posting some pictures and writing our entries into the blog.  That will be fun writing to do!  I look forward to some fun times ahead!

Greetings Everyone!

Wow, our 3 week break is almost at an end.  I look forward to seeing my students again! Here is my sewing studio - I spent a lot of time here during these past few weeks! Now, I'm starting to think about our project that we started.  I will bring your placemats to school and we will start writing about our sewing activity! See you soon!
